Products ordered in our online store are delivered to all the EU countries. Deliveries to other countries are not available at this time. For more information, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Order processing time
Your order is usually processed within 2-5 working days. Orders to Australia and New Zealand may take up to 6-7 working days. Orders are delivered within the working hours of couriers in your country.
Orders placed before 6 pm are shipped the next working day, while orders placed after 6 pm are shipped on the second working day after the order has been made. You will receive an email notification about the shipment of your order, as well as a tracking number.
We can deliver to any address of your choice. It can be the address of your workplace, or of a friend who you know will be home. If nobody is there to receive the order from the courier, we will send you information on how to proceed in order to collect it.
Sometimes for reasons beyond our control your shipment may be delayed. Before you contact us about it, please check the emails and the tracking number you have received from us.

If for any reason you would like to make a return, you have 14 days from the moment the product was delivered to you.
We accept the return of products in original, intact packaging, with original labels. It is important that the returned product is in perfect condition. Please secure the product in our packaging with an additional layer, so the packaging does not get damaged during shipment.
You are responsible for the return and covering the return costs. We recommend ordering shipments from verified courier companies with the possibility of tracking. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Due to hygiene, we do not accept returns of earrings.
